Phillips Rosebowl

John Sesay

Has been awarded the Rosebowl for his dedication and service as a Mediator to the College.  He has worked on some of the most difficult situations in school and outside school in the local community.  As he heads off to University to study Social Work, he will be greatly missed here at Bacon's. 

The Rick Dunston Award

Adetola Onasanya

Throughout his Sixth Form career he showed great personal courage, determination and self-motivation.  Tola is now at Portsmouth University following a Dental Nursing course with the aim to progress onto Dentistry. 

 

 

Most Improved student

Simona Castagno

During her GCSEs Simona showed immense perseverance and determination which enabled her to achieve very good GCSE results.  She is now currently in Year 12 here at Bacon's studying A'levels in Biology, Geography, Psychology & Sociology with the aim to progress to University.

The Simon Hughes Award for Citizenship

Kelly Brooks, Alfie Langley, Liridon Limani & Jamel Wojtczak 

These students were chosen as volunteers to to be ambassadors for the first ever Singapore Youth Olympics.  They each undertook different roles in running the event.  The students had an amazing experience and made an incredibly positive impact.  It was covered in the national media.
