Bacons is through to the next round of the BT Big Voice competition based on a treatment 6 students wrote about a local issue.  The theme they chose was teen pregnancy, showing it from a male perspective.  

The girls Georgina Bull, Hollie Jeffs and Jordan Lammas from year 13 and Katie Johnson, Lily Murray and Aimee Bates from year 10 will now have the opportunity to make this into a short film, working with a professional production team and a budget of £1000.  The film will be shown across Britain in local town centres in the run up to the 2012 Olympics.
